We offer shipping to many different locations around the globe. However we mainly ship to the United States.

Order Processing

Because we process many orders a day, please be patient and allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic there may be some shipping delays. For US orders please allow up to 5-12 business days for your order to arrive. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

The estimated shipping time for international orders is 8-15 business days and 1-2 business days for customs.

Please note that your order may take longer to ship due to a variety of factors such as location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

We only ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure that the address provided is accurate.

Shipping is especially hectic during the Holidays, so please take this into account when ordering during this period.

Shipping Troubleshooting

If you have not received your item within 30 days after order confirmation, please contact support@DameofDiamonds.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

However if our USPS Tracking service shows that your item has been successfully delivered and you do not file a claim within 3 days upon our receiving confirmation of successful delivery, we will not be able to do anything on our end, you must file a claim to your local USPS office and we will try to assist you as much as possible.

We offer a Money Back Guarantee if your order is not received after 30 days, we will issue a full refund to the account used to purchase the order.
